I have been coming here to recycle since the location opened and it's nice to walk into a place where you are greeted by name and feel welcome. When I walk in and Karen is there, she always takes the time to see how I am doing and we share what we (and our families) have been up to. In addition, Karen and Kam have always been very supportive of our community and have donated to many causes in Chestermere. They are truly one of the good things about this community. Keep up the good work!

Greg M. I brought in a LARGE number of containers I had been piling up in my shed when my wife "suggested" I empty it. I work in Chestermere so I chose to go to the Chestermere depot after work and I arrived shortly before close and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, they counted the containers very quickly and thanked me for my business. I have not seen such excellent warm and welcoming service in any industry.
Gregory M. We had a limited amount of time to take the containers collected from our branch into the depot and when the staff discovered this they opened another lane to process the customers faster and get us back to our branch in time even though we had a lot of items to sort.
