I always get my bottles picked up and the man is so nice and pleasant to deal with
We did a bottle drive over the weekend with our hockey team and the staff in Drayton Valley were so accommodating. We set up our account a couple days prior so people could drop bottles off earlier and the day of the drive, they accepted a load of bottles before their scheduled opening time, with all of the staff helping. They were super helpful the day of the drive and had our totals to us in a timely manner as they promised! We are already planning our next bottle drive and look forward to working with the DV bottle depot again!! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ
Always smiling. Runs efficiently
The front line employees (sorters) work very hard, are very efficient, & fast. The depot though seems to be understaffed. We went there last night & the garbages were overflowing!! The plastic bags in the garbage were higher than me - 5'4"!!! There were so many bins of random recycling sitting around?!? They are working really hard sorting, but no one is helping keep things neat & organized!!
My returns go to my charity of choice, which is a local animal rescue society called Cause For Critters. They also give us an opportunity to have a large bin location for a month where the public may donate their returnables. I recently had some returnables stolen from my premises. I informed the manager, giving a description of the packaging. I really did not think the odds were in my favour, but, low and behold, my returnables were identified and the result was in my favour! I was ready to accept my loss but thanks to the manager (Deb) and the watchful eye of the sorting personnel I retrieved my loss!
because the work hard, are always happy & great bunch of people to be around
