Lorna M. They are always friendly and very efficient at counting the cans and pop bottles etc. The place is clean and has two taps to wash your hands with lots of soap and plenty of paper towels to dry your hands. Nice place to go as they are kind and caring people.

I have been meaning to do this many months ago, as Sir Mike (Manager), the "High Commander" of the downtown depot, and his well trained, efficient, friendly staff, deserve "applause" every hour of the day. With calm authority, and always a smile, Mr. Mike maintains a respected, "happy equilibrium" between customer and staff, and without a doubt, as I am sure you already know, he and the staff have to deal with some very restless, colorful hombres. Public relations at its best ~ I would comment on the other locations, but I have not been to any other depots. Again, a big thanks, and a "merci" to Captain Mike ... you have a one-in-million leader, and staff.

Regina S. The owners and most employees are extremely kind and friendly. I have strong trust that they are counting correctly. I love that they use automatic screens, rather than the paper method. I get quick and efficient service, if not always a nice chat. The owner, or at least long-time employees of this place absolutely love it and it reflects to the customers. I am remembered and feel very comfortable with all staff. The staff is knowledgeable also, every visit I am told a tip or news of what can now be recycled. I am never disappointed. I have been frequenting this bottle depot since I first moved to Canada 12 years ago with my family, and even though I live outside of Calgary, I take any effort to only go to the Uptown Bottle Depot. It is really, truly, the best. The most efficient, kindest service. I really love this bottle depot, it is one of a kind. Has the best automatic computer system, has the best staff, just so proud that I have such a great bottle depot.
Jessica J. The owners of this Depot make an effort to be warm and welcoming to their customers, and go as far as to recall details about the customer's lives that make them feel very welcome and their business appreciated.
Merridy C. The people there are very friendly and they have a happy face all the time and they are very kind to one another. Many people come to this location, street people, business people, young and old. They never turn no body away. The cash person Kevin is very helpful and kind to everyone.
