I have been to depots where I know I have been shorted on my money. Being a senior living on a pension, I need the extra money and I have never had a bad experience with this depot.

Deb R. it's a clean efficient facility. recycling is a breeze since the installation of computerized tallies.It's open at convenient times and if it's too busy, I can leave my bottles and pick up the refund later. It's a great community asset.

If there are line ups you can leave your items there and they will do them when they have time. You may also drop your items off for bottle drives and charity organizations.

James M. The depot is run by the local SODA society, which provides services for disabled adults, and as importantly, provides jobs fpr them at the depot and also at the local used bargains store. The society is very hard working and deserves recognition for their efforts and successes.

Regina M. They should be applauded because they work hard, some days look crazy busy when I take things in and they still work hard at what they do. Again they are accepting to everyone that comes in and it leaves you with a sense of feeling welcome. I go in with a client I work with needs and they are so patient with us and very understanding. Sometimes they let him help a little bit if he wants to. They are great people with personality and work wise.
Kim W. The staff at the Vulcan Depot are so organized and efficient. In my old town, I would dread having to make a trip to the bottle depot. You knew there was going to be a long line up and that customers would be put through at a very slow pace. You had to ensure that you had ample time in your schedule because a trip to the bottle depot usually took at least an hour (sometimes even longer). My experience at the Vulcan Bottle Depot has been the complete opposite. Customers are processed quickly, efficiently and in the most friendly manner. The other day I "ran" to the Bottle Depot before going to pick my son up from hockey practice...I would have never done that at my old bottle depot. I was able to get all of my bottles put through so quickly that I even had time to stop at the grocery store before heading to the rink! Love our Vulcan Bottle Depot!

Elaine M. I have never entered this depot and not been acknowledged by an eager employee. The staff at this depot are always friendly, efficient and eager to assist. If they are busy they recognize the fact that you are there. The depot is clean and automated to ensure accuracy. They make the recycling of beverage containers more pleasant than any other establishment I have ever used.

My bottle depot should be applauded because they are the nicest, and fastest people in The business well all of the depots all around!!!they don't try to steel your money from your totel from the bottles you brought, they are always giving to charity's and poor people and the hospital for elders and the schools and really for anything that looks like they will need it!!! :D
